Role/competency-based rank structure and rational performance management

  • We divide ranks into four levels based on role rather than order of seniority, while maintaining a horizontal work culture by keeping the rank (CL) confidential and using the single title of "Professional"
  • There is no pre-requisites on required period for each level, so outstanding performers can achieve rapid growth regardless of rank and age.
